Our story
River City Realty is a Fort Smith brokerage working the Arkansas River Valley and eastern Oklahoma. We are a small team on purpose. There is one office, on Rogers Avenue, and when you call it you reach someone who will still be your contact when the deal closes.
Being licensed in both states matters more here than most places. The line runs right through this market — a family relocating for a job at Fort Smith often ends up looking in Pocola or Poteau, and a seller in Van Buren regularly fields offers from buyers who work in Oklahoma. Our agents can represent you on either side of it without handing you off to somebody else's brokerage.
We handle residential, land, and commercial. We also do a good deal of work most brokerages in this market don't take on, which has taught us how to move a property that needs a specific kind of buyer rather than a general one.
